  Mr. Virat Varma – CEO  

Mr. Virat Varma (FHCIMA) – Has diverse experience from building and setting up to commissioning and running of five star hotels, restaurants and catering facilities. He has traveled many times over the world. He has been lately serving as director in reputed hospitality chains like The Regent –Mumbai (Carlson group international), Jaypee group -New Delhi, Centaur Airport Hotels- Hotel Corporation of India, Piccadily Hotels, Hyatt Regency Manesar, Gurgaon and Hyatt Ludiana, Punjab etc. He has to his credit the launch of the first International standard pizza chain of restaurants named McDowell's Pizza King in the country. He has been the CEO of a hospitality consultancy company – Rattan Mama Consultants that handled assignments for various reputed hotel groups in India like Le Meridian, ITC, 0berois, Raheja and many others. He has been interacting with all the national and international chains operating in the country.

He is without doubt amongst the most familiar faces in the Indian hospitality
industry and brings with him a network of contacts within the industry.

  Mr. P. S. Thakral – Director  

Mr. P. S. Thakral advisor consultant to the company brings with him 25 years of checkered experience in the hospitality industry. He graduated from hotel school – Hendon School of Technology, London and was trained in prestigious hotels of London. Mr. Thakral was invited by AIR INDIA in 1974 to commission their first five star deluxe hotel venture – CENTAUR in Bombay. Mr. Thakral successfully commissioned and operated the hotel thereafter.

Subsequently Mr. Thakral worked with various prestigious groups of hotels like ITC in India, YAK AND YETI, Katmandu and Senator Group in India at Senior Management positions. He commissioned and operated five star deluxe properties like ‘Windsor Manor’ in Bangalore, Yak and Yeti, in Katmandu and other hill properties like Pine N
Peak in Pahalgam, Pinnacle in Gulmarg etc. He has also to his credit the distinction of commissioning and managing prestigious properties like Ramada Renaissance Resort Goa. He worked as the President of Swiss group of hotels for revamp of their six properties and 20 clubs in Dubai, and as vice president of Manu Maharani Group of hotels, Nainital. Mr. Thakral also has a good understanding of architecture and interiors having studied both these subjects in London.

  Mr. Anil Chak - Consultant GHC Hospitality Communication & Graphic Services  

Hospitality Communication & Graphic services cell’ at GHC is managed by Mr. Anil Chak. He is from advertising agency background with more than two decades of relevant experience. During his career he has worked with Mumbai & Delhi based advertising agency outfits. Today ‘Hospitality & Food services’ remain his most preferred area of activity. During his career he has worked with Centaur Mumbai & Delhi. Jaypee’s Siddhartha, Regent Mumbai, Legend Of Connaught restaurant New Delhi.

GHC is fully armed to develop customized restaurant & hospitality graphics for various promotion programs and covers the following areas of activity.

  Mr. Manoj Kumar - Consultant (Facilities)  

Mr. Kumar completed his Diploma in Hotel management from Institute of Hotel Management, Panipat, Haryana in 2002 prior to which he has graduated from Delhi University. In addition to his strong educational background, his operational Experience in the hospitality industry starts from TGI Fridays, Mark Pi ( US based Chinese fast food chain now known as crazy noodles), Ruby Tuesday and kwality Group( Avery Famous ice cream and catering company in India). He was part of opening team Mark PI ( First ever Chinese fast food chain launch in india), In Kwality Group he helped in opening of Foodcourts, Quick service multicusin restaurant in Malls, Hospitals and Highways. His specialization is commissioning of the restaurants and assisting in Laying down of operational systems in Hotels and Restaurants.

  Mr.G.S.Arora – Advisor  

Mr.G.S.Arora a graduate and a qualified hotelier by profession has spent over 15 years in hotel operations holding senior management positions (last four years as General Manager) in various hospitality organizations. With a thorough understanding of hotel management and operational requirements, since last 10 years he has been assisting entrepreneurs in setting up hotel projects in India. Functioning at a senior management level (General Manager – Planning) he has played an effective and important role in the growth of one of the world’s largest American chain of franchised hotels in India (Choice Hotels International). He has been involved in conducting feasibility studies for many reputed hotel groups and setting up of more than 20 hospitality projects of diverse nature ranging from five star hotels to budget category hotels to fast food restaurants. Some of the prestigious projects handled are:
Hotel Radisson - five star New Delhi, Sita Holiday resorts - Goa, Hotel Park Royal - five star deluxe New Delhi, Hotel Majestic - five star Ludhiana.

  Mr. Ashish Arora – Managing Director  

Mr. Ashish Arora An ace ‘marketing professional’ - Ashish brings with him an experience of more than two decades in the field of hospitality marketing and management. He also specializes in developing dedicated marketing strategies for specific promotions, including design and development of concepts for mega events event management and post event market research & analysis.
A thorough gentleman with result oriented approach & excellent organizational and analytical thinking ability. Being good with communication skills he fosters teamwork. Building collaborative relationships remain his forte. During the course of his career he has been responsible to write the success stories of many of hotels. He is respected in the hospitality industry for his dedication and forthright approach.
During the course of his career he has served, Four Seasons London, Park Hotels, Crowne Plaza Delhi, Picadilly Hotels Delhi
At GHC he remains the final authority on all matters related to the marketing aspect side of all new business that flows in the company.

  Mr. Anshuman Bhatnagar - CFO Westin Mumbai  

Mr. Anshuman Bhatnagar a Chartered Accountant by profession is helping GHC in day-to-day financial matters of the company and specializes in financial analysis, feasibility analysis, term loan coordination with financial institutions and conducting market surveys. Mr. Anshuman has worked with hotels like J.W.Marriott Hotel Delhi, Shangri-La Hotel Delhi and Hyatt Regency Mumbai as Deputy financial controller.

  Mr. Hitesh Sankla - GHC Canada  

Mr. Sankla completed his Diploma in Hotel Management from Institute of Hotel Management, Pusa, New Delhi1993 batch, prior to which he graduated from Delhi University. In addition to his strong educational background, his operational experience in the hospitality industry ranges from Best Western Surya and Sarovar Park Plaza Group of Hotels. He also worked in Uganda, Moscow and Kyrgyzstan as Manager, Food and Beverage. His specialization is in commissioning of the restaurants and assisting in laying down of operational systems in hotels and restaurants.

Currently he is based in Vancouver, Canada; Mr. Sankla is rendering services to our international clients in USA & Canada. His dedication and commitment has taken Global Hospitality Consultancy to new heights.
